The pendant, covered in 12 carats of diamonds and rubies, features baby Stewie from the FOX cartoon Family Guy. And the whole thing is set in 14-carat gold. Jason Arasheban, Beverly Hills jeweler finalized the design of this piece of amazing bling, but "Justin had a specific vision for how he wanted it to look," Arasheban told TMZ.Stewie is a one-year-old cartoon character known for his gun-toting teddy bear—who seems to be missing from the jewel-encrusted creation—and for plotting nefarious ways to kill his mom, who is always getting in his way. Just another great role-model for today's youth. It makes a fan wonder why Justin Bieber would want sociopathic Stewie hanging around his neck all day, but there is no doubt this custom piece makes a statement set against a tee shirt. Exactly what statement, is the question. Stewie also has had an eye on world domination at an early age. That might be getting closer. Maybe the thing brings the pop singer fond memories of his world tour, recently ended. Or something like that.
